As a registered Public Benefit Organisation, we are able to issue Section 18A tax-deductible certificates for bona fide cash or in-kind donations — up to 10% of taxable income. To qualify:
1. Donations must be freely given, with no strings attached or personal benefit.
2. While event-based, merchandise, or sponsorship donations don’t qualify for tax certificates, we can issue Socio-Economic Development (SED) letters for such contributions.
